All requests must be submitted in writing to the official registration email.
- More than 30 days prior: 90% refund (10% processing fee applies).
- 15–30 days prior: 50% refund.
- Within 14 days: No refund.
- Refunds processed within 30 working days after the event.
- Substitutions allowed anytime with 10% processing fee.
